The bathroom kits and the robes were good, and the bed was comfortable during my New Year stay. the location was convenient for exploring the city and there were some nice amenities included.
The pictures online did not accurately represent the size of the room. the towels were scratchy and the balcony needed some attention, as did the sky garden.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room. The bathroom amenities and fluffy robes were a nice touch. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping everything clean and tidy.
We were disappointed to find that the hot tub in the room was actually just a large bathtub. The balcony and sky garden were also in need of maintenance and attention.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its convenient location next to a popular attraction, friendly and helpful staff, and the comfortable bed. Also, the cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of our room.
